Bernese Mountain dog

Our GATI AND GOTAMI are the first berners in the history to set foot in CUBA!!!
We are very happy to have made a little step into the history of that breed and... of that wonderful country!!!

From 13/11/2008 until 16/11/2008, in the incredible location of Havana, was made an international 4 days dog exposition that have seen our Gati and Gotami as the stars. At the end of the 4th day, our champions have succeded the titles of Cuban Champions and Grait Cuban Champions; have collected around 1 thousand of caresses and around 10.000 pictures from a odiens really crazy for a breed never seen before.

We are very happy for the results, but, more than other, to have made reality a dream, the dream to take our biggest passion in the place where our hearth stays. We have to thank all the persons that have enabled that our dream could become truth: first of all we have to thank our friend Roberto Rivas, the past FCC president and the biggest breeder of Napolitan mastiff in Cuba but, most important, an excellent person that we are proud to have as a friend; Norma, the actual president of FCC, very kind with us, and all the expo organizers that has given us all the attentions and comforts; Susana Perez and Donatella in Italy for their infinite patience in planning the trip; Melba, Cecy, Gianny Mario and all the persons that has given their help for the security of the trip. We thank also all cuban institutions and the Party that we always (although if distants) defend and honor.

12/3/2009 IN CUBA !!!

Our first two female puppies Anais Nin and Emma Bovary were arrived in Havana city, Cuba. They'll tart, in the next weeks, an adaptation program to the caribbean climate and, if the results will be as we hope, they'll be followed by other puppies in order to create the first Berners breeding in Cuba!
